1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Vedapath application ("App"), operated by Vedapath Design
Engineering Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"; CIN: U58111HR2026PTC145918, registered office: Fifth
Floor, Plot No. 87, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Vedapath provides AI-powered spiritual guidance through conversations based on ancient Indian texts. While we
strive for accuracy, users acknowledge that:
- The App provides interpretations and guidance based on AI analysis of ancient texts
- Responses are generated through artificial intelligence and should not be considered as direct
translations
- The service is for personal growth and educational purposes only
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Vedapath, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service respectfully and in accordance with its spiritual nature
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the App, including but not limited to AI-generated interpretations, audio
content, and imagery, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users may not:
- Reproduce or distribute the content without authorization
- Modify or create derivative works from the App's content
- Use the content for commercial purposes
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are interpretative in nature
- The App should not replace traditional spiritual guidance or religious practices
- Content may vary in accuracy and should be used as a supplementary resource
6. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:
- The collection and processing of your conversation data to improve AI responses
- The storage of your preferences and interaction history
- The use of anonymous data for service improvement
7. Mudra Credits and Payments
7.1 Nature of Mudra Credits
Mudra credits ("Mudras") are virtual credits that grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access certain features within Vedapath, including AI-powered conversations and premium content. Mudras:
- Have no real-world monetary value outside of Vedapath
- Cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or redeemed for cash
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- Do not expire
- Are not property: they represent a limited license to use Vedapath features
7.2 Purchasing Mudras
Mudra credits may be purchased through:
- Web (India): Razorpay payment gateway (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets)
- Web (international): Dodo Payments (credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout)
- iOS: Apple App Store in-app purchase
- Android: Google Play Store in-app purchase
Prices are determined by the pack selected at the time of purchase and are displayed before confirmation. Vedapath reserves the right to change pricing, pack offerings, and per-feature costs at any time. Mudra credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
7.3 Usage and Costs
Different features consume different amounts of Mudra credits. AI chat costs vary by model tier (e.g., Base, Pro, Genius) and are displayed before each interaction. Feature costs are configured by Vedapath and may change.
7.4 Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or attempting to sell Mudra credits
- Transferring credits to another user's account
- Using automated tools for bulk purchases
- Exploiting bugs or errors to obtain unauthorized credits
7.5 Account Termination
Unused Mudra credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion or account termination for violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Vedapath and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- The accuracy or applicability of AI-generated spiritual guidance
- Any actions taken based on the App's content
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any aspect of the service
- Update these terms with reasonable notice
- Change subscription features or pricing
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions.
